She specializes in the areas of teambuilding, community development, mobilization, organizational change, transitioning, volunteerism, outreach strategies, advocacy,  visioning/strategic planning and leadership development.

As principal in her own firm, Anne often coordinates large-scale projects, potentially involving several sub-consultants, spanning a number of communities and spread over several years. Since founding the firm in 1997, Anne's client list has grown significantly. It includes Health Canada, many local governments, the Greater Vancouver Regional District, a number of social service agencies and not for profit organizations, the United Way of the Lower Mainland and the United Way of the Fraser Valley, Health Regions and Parks & Recreation Departments throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
